~ 2 cups ( 8 ounces) shredded Colby Monterrey Jack cheese
Directions:
1. cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, in large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce and tomato sauce, Remove from heat.
2. Drain pasta. Combine soup and sour cream. In 13x9 baking dish, layer half of the meat sauce, pasta, soup mixture and cheese. Repeat layer.
3. Cover and bake the remaining casserole at 350 degree's for 55-65 minutes or until cheese is melted.
4. Enjoy!! It's that simple and it's really good. I really suggest trying it! :)
