Moving to the Country, step 2.
Well, we can't decide if we want to put a contract on the house we are currently looking at or buy property and build a house. (Either way we go, it will cost a lot of money.) The bad thing about buying and building is we would be starting from scratch. We wouldn't have a barn, garage or a pool already done. The bad thing about buying the house that we are currently looking at is it would be a ton of work. (We would have a couple bonn fires that's for sure!!) Please be praying that God would guide us in this difficult decision. Thanks!

Merriest Chirstmas!!
I had a wonderful Christmas Eve and Christmas Day!!
On Christmas Eve we woke up and cleaned. (That wasn't the fun part!) Then at around 6:00 P.m. we went to my Aunt's house! I was a little bored for awhile and then my really fun cousin arrived!! The cool thing about her is that even though she is technically an Adult she acts like a young adult! She is just loads of fun! Once she got there we opened gifts and I got a picture board and some cash! Then we just talked and enjoyed each others company! (Which her and I can only do once a year because we only see each other on Christmas Eve.) Then we had to head home. (It was like 12:30 in the morning!)
Christmas Day was a blast! We all woke up to a beautiful day and said "Merry Christmas" to
each other! Then of course we opened our presents. I got a lot of jewelry making stuff, a sewing machine tote etc., some DVDs, some scrapbooking stuff, and a Clue DVD game!! Oh, and my sister's gave me a Micheal's gift card and some Oklahoma sticker's! After opening presents, we ate breakfast which was Mom's Sticky Bun's!! (It is a tradition to have Sticky Bun's for Breakfast on Christmas Day!) Then we watched some movie's and spent some time toghether! What would Christmas be like without the Christmas Story so, my Dad read the story out of his new ESV bible we got him for Christmas!

Devotions.
A question some people might ask is, What are devotions?
Well, devotions are a time that you spend with God. I personally, like to do my devotions in the morning but you can do them whenever you like.
Another question some people might ask is, What do you do for devotions?
There are a lot of devotion books out there that will have you read a paragraph or two, then give you some verses to look up, and then they'll have you pray a written prayer. I have done a few of these, and they are really good, but I like to do my devotions this way!
I like to read a chapter in the bible then, I write down what I learned in that chapter and ask the Lord to help me apply it to my life, after that I pray!
Doing devotions is important! When you do devotions you are telling God that you will take time out of your day to spend time with him. Also, when I do devotions compared to not doing them, I have a much better day when I do them

A Very Fun Day!
A couple of days ago we went to an awesome Christmas party, in the country! When we got there my friend took me on a horseback riding lesson! (That was FUN!) After that, we played none stop volleyball. (I also helped watch some of the little kids.) Then we had a really good dinner, such as, hot dogs, veggies, and a lot of dessert's! Then we hung around talking. After that, we went on a hayride! Then we played even more volleyball. Last but not least, we had some delicious s'mores!!

Thanksgiving
Hey everybody,
I had a wonderful Thanksgiving! We went to my aunts house and stuffed ourselves! We usually go to my grandparents house, but unfortunately their house was destroyed in hurricane Ike. (They lived in seabrook, right by the water!) Anyway, before we left my house my friend called me and asked if I could play, but at the moment I couldn't. While at my aunts house I was getting bored because I was the only there! ( All of my cousins are boys!) So, with permission from my parents I called my friend back and went over to play at her house! I have been thinking of somethings that I am great full for and here they are:
1. That God kept my family and I safe during hurricane Ike!
2. That God has given me such a wonderful family and such wonderful friends!
3. I am thankful for my animals! (Boaz, Gideon, Hadassah, Delilah, Sampson, and Mr. France!)
,And Last but Not Least,
4. I am thankful for God's love for us!

The other is Miss Lue and I haven't met her, but my bubble twin has (Katie)! Having a Pen Pal is really fun! Miss Lue is a lot like me she loves to write, and she loves animals! Kayla is a lot like me too she likes pink and she likes horses!

SICK!
Unfortunately, I've been sick. I got sick Sunday night and my family and I suspect that it is because I rode a 4-Wheeler when it was cold with a light jacket on! It is nothing serious only a really bad sore throat, headache, and fever! I fortunately have gotten better but I still have a sore throat. I will be going to the doctor on November 20th.
Since, I have been sick I haven't been doing skirt week because I have been in my night clothes for three days, but I plan to do it starting on November 30 - December 6. I hope you can join me!

How We Can Help!!!!
I have been thinking lately on how I can help my parents and friends! So, I came up with some ideas, since some day I will have to take care of my own home as a wife and mother!
1. If you see that your mom needs help in the kitchen, cleaning the house, taking care of a sibling, or anything, offer to help her with out her having to ask!
2. Same with your dad!!!! Help him out too!
3. Help your brother/sister in the things that they may not have time for!!! Like, if you are done writing an essay but your brother/sister isn't, do his/her chores!
4. Do your responsibilites! I have a hard time with this one! always want to scrapbook, e-mail, post on my blog, make bows, etc. before I do my chores! For me to someday be a wife and mother I can't do that!!!! I have to learn to do my responsibilites FIRST!
5. Ask a friend who is pregnant or having a hard time if you can help them in any way!
I am not saying that I am perfect in all of these ways! I really have to work on them, so let's do it together!

My Favorite Song!!!
My Favorite Song is Amazing Grace!! Here are the Lyrics!!
"Amazing Grace, how sweet the sound,
That saved a wretch like me....
I once was lost but now am found,
Was blind, but now, I see.
T'was Grace that taught...
my heart to fear.
And Grace, my fears relieved.
How precious did that Grace appear...
the hour I first believed.
Through many dangers, toils and snares...
we have already come.
T'was Grace that brought us safe thus far...
and Grace will lead us home.
The Lord has promised good to me...
His word my hope secures.
He will my shield and portion be...
as long as life endures.
When we've been here ten thousand years...
bright shining as the sun.
We've no less days to sing God's praise...
then when we've first begun.
Amazing Grace, how sweet the sound,
That saved a wretch like me....
I once was lost but now am found,
Was blind, but now, I see."

A True Story!!!
This is a story of a who once wanted to be a tom boy and thought that pink and frilly things were weird!! So, she went through some months of trying to be as good as the boys in areas such as lifting things, being tough, and much more!! She didn't realize that God didn't want her to act like a boy, but that he wanted her to act like a gir, and to be the he wanted her to be!During this time her mom took her to a conference that was about being feminine! After that conference she realized that she wasn't being the person that God wanted her to be and she started to change her life to a more feminine type of life!! It was hard for her to do this because she was so attached to acting like a tom boy! Slowly she changed and started taking on feminine things such as cooking, sewing, art, scrapbooking, and more!!! She know wanting to be the person God made her to be and worked on acting like a young lady should act!!! Now she knew that being a lady didn't mean that she could never do anything hard, being a lady just means to act like one but to also fulfill some hard work as well! Sometimes she had to lift stuff that was heavy and she had to be tough in some ways, but in those ways she was still feminine!
This young lady is me!!! I have had a dramatic change in my life the last couple of years!!!! I am trying to act like the young lady I am supposed to be and sometimes its easy and sometimes its not!! I enjoy being a young lady better than trying to be a tom boy!! Know my room is even painted pink and is frilly!!!!!!
I hope you liked my true story!!!
Modest is Hottest
I have gone to some conferences and heard testimonies of modesty that have encouraged me to step up a little and to come out of the worlds standared of clothing!!! A conference I went to a few months ago was called Maidens Quest it is an awesome conference that I would recommend if you are wanting to learn about modesty and more!!! If you are wanting to dress modestly here are some tips on how to fulfill that want!
1. When shopping for cloths look for things that are not tight fitting!
2. Don't wear things that will attract attention in the wrong way!
3. Don't wear shirts that are low cut!
4. Don't wear shorts or skirts that go above the knee!
5. Apply Gods standared of Modesty to your clothing!
Here is a BONUS tip!!!
When going swimming to stay modest wear a long shirt!
The pictures below are some examples of modesty.
I hope that the next time you go shopping for cloths you will look for modest clothing!!

A Story For Gods Glory!
I told you that I would share the amazing things that God has done in my life!!
Here is a story for Gods glory!
Last year I was really sick!! Now, I don't mean the flu sickness, I mean a sickness that no docter could tell what it was!!! The thing is I didn't get sick for three days or a week and then get better!!! I was sick for two weeks and then well for two weeks for a period of SIX MONTHS!!!!! It was serious! Some doctors thought it was cancer and others just thought it was the Flu!!!!
Luckily, it wasn't cancer!!!!! It was really bad! I couldn't go through one day without thinking about what I wanted my funeral to be like!!! I was really scared that I was going to die!!! My mom and family nursed me all the while and my mom would try to not cry in front of me! The two weeks that I would be well I didn't feel like I could do anything!! I would get tired easily and then at the end of two weeks I would crash again!!! Then we found this one docter that really cared about what was going on in my body, and he put me on strict diets that would help me get better! I was taking six pills three times a day!!! Then after months of doing diets, getting tons of shots, and taking lots of pills everyday, the sickness left!!!!! I have gone for over a year without the same sickness!!!!! We didn't understand how all of a sudden it left but we were so thankful to God!!!! In my eyes I am a living, breathing miracle of GOD!!!!! This is a story for Gods glory!!!!

Rebelution Conference
My family and I, along with some members from our church, recently went to a conference called "The Rebelution Conference" and the point of the conference was to "Do Hard Things". Going to this conference really made me realize that our world has really low expectations for us young s.
For instance, the younger s ( pre-teens ) are expected to:
1. Make there bed ever day!
2. To clean their room with mom or dads help!
3. To be able to anwser a phone!
These are the low expectations of our world!!
For older young s ( teens ):
1. To do a daily chore ( just one a day! )
2. Check to make sure that the gas gauge stays above a quarter of a tank!
3. To clean their room without mom or dads help!
THESE ARE REALLY LOW EXPECTATIONS!!!! We should be doing much harder things!
In the bible people become king at a very early age! George Washington lead a group of men to victory as a child!!! We really need to have higher expectations! So, I am going to take up a challenge of not watching television for a month starting August first! If you would like to join me in this challenge be my guest. You don't even have to do it for a month and you don't even have to do it with the television. You can do it with anything!!! For example, you can do it for a week and give up your computer time. Now, I know that this isn't leading a group of men to victory, but I am going to start doing HARD things!!!!! I also want to cook for a whole week for my family and me. That is going to be HARD!!!
If you are interested in finding out more about the "Do Hard Things" movement you can purchase the book just about anywhere. You can also go to the website at www.therebelution.com If you can't get to a conference I would recommend ordering the DVD's. You won't be disappointed!!!
