To answer you question
I use a site called scrapblog.com to get my blog name on my header. Then I up load it as a jpg file and crop it. then upload it to my blog.
You can use paint.net too I believe. I just use scrapblog. If this is to confusing. I can put in on for you and post in on my blog and tell you how to do it from there.
